Background (Preamble):
ITV are currently showing Sharpes Peril in two parts all over the UK. However STV (Scottish Television) have decided to show a Scottish based drama called Missing instead.
When I queried this with them they advise they have no intention of showing Sharpes Peril.
Ironically I pointed out to them last night that they were showing a repeat of Midsomer Murders at 9pm on a Friday night.

Petition:
We the undersigned call on STV to back down and show the 2 episodes of Sharpes Peril at a future date.
This is one of the only series which depicts British history and at a time when Gordon Brown is urging us all to remember our Britishness is wholly unacceptable.
