Description/History:
My daughter was found dead in the home of her estranged father. Initially the sheriff's department and DA told us it would be presented to the grand jury to see if they felt he should be held accountable for her death.
After months of waiting we were told that the grand jury hearing was not going to take place. They did not give us the opportunity for a hearing.
